The brook Sebesvíz in the Bükk Mountains is one of my favourite places for nature photography. It is a short but very fast-flowing mountain brook, flowing into the brook Garadna. Sebesvíz and its surroundings are home to many interesting and rare invertebrate species, some of which occur only here in Hungary. Location: Sebesvíz-brook. Date: 02.04.2011.

Der Bach Sebesvíz im Bükk-Gebirge ist eine meiner Lieblingsorte für Naturfotografie. Er ist ein kurzer aber sehr schneller Sturzbach, der in den Bach Garadna fließt.  Sebesvíz und die Umgebung ist Zuhause für viele interessante und seltene Wirbellosen, einige kommen in Ungarn nur hier vor. A bükki Sebesvíz-patak az egyik kedvenc fotós helyem, egy rövid, de nagyon nagy esésű, gyors folyású hegyi patak, mely a Garadnába folyik. A patak ill. környéke számos érdekes és ritka gerinctelen állatfajnak ad otthont, melyek közül egyesek egész Magyarországon csak itt találhatók meg. Hely: Sebesvíz-patak. Dátum: 2011.04.02.

Early in spring only few herbaceous plants blossom near the brook: the alternate-leaved golden saxifrage (Chrysosplenium alternifolium) is a protected flower, belongs to the saxifrage family:

I managed to photograph the larva of the protected carpathian spring caddisfly (Melampophylax nepos). Sebesvíz is the only place where this caddis occures in Hungary..
Ich konnte auch die Larve einer geschützten Köcherfliege (Melampophylax nepos) fotografieren. Sebesvíz ist der einzige Ort in Ungarn wo diese Art vorkommt..
A védett kárpáti forrástegzes (Melampophylax nepos) lárváját is sikerült lencsevégre kapni. A Sebesvíz ennek a tegzesnek az egyetlen hazai élőhelye:
